The Bureau of Merchant Subsidy (BooMerS) is a chartered mutual benefit organization, established by the Duke of Regina to promote free trade and transport in the Marches. By providing administrative, financial and customs assistance to individuals of character, the Bureau seeks to strengthen both peacetime trade and wartime transport capabilities to the end of greater prosperity for all citizens and subjects in the sector.
