Globus is responsible for spying on Imperial citizens on the frontier. He reports anti-Imperial actions and questionable cargoes to the sector secretary for Naval Intellegence. He will file a report that may result in the loss of a pention, revocation of Scout priviledges or even Imperial arrest warrant.
His MO is to hire on and observe in any setting. He has a wide area of operation, from the Border Worlds to the Five Sisters. Retired military and Scouts subject to recall can be charged with treason for associating with Zhodani or working for certain Sword World factions, etc. His activities serve to facilitate a "push" to The Beyond and other such points unknown ;-)
